| 摘 要： | 文章就牛津大学的办学模式进行了深入分析和研究,并针对中国大学的现状,对国内高校组织架构提出了设想性的改革措施;同时文章还得出三点创建我国高水平大学的启示,即建立标识性、独具特色的办学理念及相应组织架构、确立明确而卓越的办学目标和创建科学的知识价值链培养系统。

| Abstract: | This article has made an in-depth analysis and research on the Mode of the University of Oxford,putting forwarding tentative reform measures for domestic universities' framework in accordance with Chinese universities' current situation.In the meanwhile,the authors have concluded the keys to found Chinese high level universities in the following three aspects:to set up an identical and unique idea and suitable organized structure,to institute unambiguous and brilliant goal,and the last but not least,to create scientific knowledge value chain cultivation system. |
