| 摘 要： | 当前我国高等教育体系中,主要有公办高校和民办高校两大主体。这两大主体在高等教育体系中的地位是不一样的,这主要表现在以下几个方面：学校数量、在校生数、师资队伍、国家政府的政策支持等方面。与公办高校相比,民办高校在以上几个方面都处于劣势地位。而这归根结底是由于我国政府部门,尤其是教育行政部门对教育的相对垄断所造成的。因此,我们必须在一定程度上进一步打破这种相对的垄断。

| Abstract: | There are two main subjects in Chinese current higher education market,that is public university and private university.And their situation is different form each other.Comparing to the public university,private university is less important.As we known,the difference is due to the relative monopoly of our education administration.So we need to break the relative monopoly. |
