| Abstract: | In the college and institution of engineering, specialized teacher has been playing a leading role in train and education.On great degree,its dominant action has to do with training quality on the undergraduate.We must play full attention to it.Only consideration of specialized teacher themselves improvement,the paper probes into and analysis some channel and method in affecting specialized teacher' playing a leading role in the college and institution of engineering. |
