摘    要:高等教育治理已经进入数字时代,人工智能、大数据技术及信息化技术推动高等教育开启数字治理模式。文章对高等教育数字治理这一概念从内在逻辑、核心要义与实施路径等三个方面进行探讨。提出了高等教育数字治理是教学发展的需要,是科学研究的依托,是高校政务的助力,更是高等教育领域的新生态环境。基于对高等教育数字治理的逻辑与要义分析,从"三个层面"提出了实现高等教育数字治理的策略,探索高等教育数字治理实施路径。

Abstract:Higher education governance has entered the digital era.Artificial intelligence,big data technology and information technology have been widely used,thereby pushing higher education to open the digital governance mode.This paper discusses the concept of higher education digital governance from three aspects:internal logic,core significance and implementation path.It is pointed out that digital governance in higher education is the need of teaching development,the support of scientific research,the power of university government affairs and the new ecological environment in higher education.Based on the analysis of the logic and significance of digital governance in higher education,this paper puts forward the strategies to realize digital governance in higher education from three aspects,and explores the implementation path of digital governance in higher education.
