微型CAD/CAM工程实训开放式平台构建

摘    要:CAD/CAM工程实训平台是先进设计、制造人才实践能力培养的重要实训基础,目前存在持续运营成本高、风险大、实操比例低等问题.本文针对微型CAD/CAM工程实训开放平台的可持续服务特性,构建CAD/CAM诚信自主学习软件平台、微型数控装备独立实践操作硬件平台,形成开放式的产品制作成绩考核、成本计量的综合评价实训体系,为实现诚信规范、低成本、可持续发展工程人才实训平台的资源最大化利用提供参考.

The Open Platform Building of Mini CAD/CAM Engineering Training

Abstract:CAD/CAM engineering training platform is the import base of practice ability training for advanced design and manufacturing talents, but now there exist some problems such as sustained high operating costs, high risk and low proportion of practical operation. Aimed at the sustainable service characteristics of mini CAD/CAM engineering training open platform, this paper built the honestly self - learning software platform of CAD/CAM and the hardware platform of mini CNC equipment independent practice operating, formed the open comprehensive - evaluation training system of product manufacturing performance appraisal and cost measuring, so as to provide a reference of maximization of resource utilization with good faith rules, low cost, sustainable development for engineering talents training platform.
