走向“实践”关怀:教育类研究生培养的理性选择

摘    要:随着人类实践模式的转型、知识生产模式的转型和教育研究实践范式的转向,教育类研究生培养应走向"实践"关怀。实践关怀的教育类研究生培养模式以发展实践能力为目标,着力建设多元化的培养途径、立体的师生交往模式以及注重实践要求的质量保障体系。这种培养模式依托U-S合作平台,主要由课程建设、实践教学、案例教学、项目学习、导师指导、学位论文诸环节构成。

Abstract:The cultivation mode of educational postgraduate should be moved towards practice-oriented care on account of the transformation of human practice mode, knowledge production mode and educational research paradigm. The cultivation mode aims to provide students with the practical ability by building diversified training approaches, multidimensional teacher-student interaction mode, and the quality assurance system focused on practice. The model relies on the U-S cooperation platform, consisting of curriculum construction, practical teaching, case teaching, project-based learning, tutor guidance and dissertation.
