| Abstract: | The author of this thesis attempts to offer an answer to what is the middle-small enterprise, and what is the middle-small enterprise law. Besides, to explain the present situation of law abiding of the middle-small enterprises and their existing problems. In conclusion he is to demonstrate the significance of law abiding and ways to enhance the conscien tiousness of law abiding of the owners of middle-small enterprises. |
