| 摘 要： | 人力资本理论通过对经济增长方式的重新阐释,建立了经济学研究的新范式,开创了教育研究的新领域———教育经济学的诞生。然而20世纪后期人力理论却遭遇了来自人力资本理论学派内部的批评与挑战。基于此,从学科对话的角度对“人力资本投资理论”内涵的边界限度进行了更深入的挖掘和剖析,从而对众多被“人力资本理论”挑战者所忽视的思想和观点进行阐释,并以此表明这些思想是极具理论价值和现实意义的。

| Abstract: | Through the re-interpretation of the mode of economic development, theory of human capital has established a new paradigm of the study of economics, and opened up a new field in the study of education-the emergence of educational economics. However, in the late years of the 20th century, theory of human capital encountered criticism and challenge from inside the school, based on which this article, from the perspective of scientific dialogue, does a deeper exploration and revelation of the borderline of the connotation of theory of the investment of human capital, in order to interpret the thoughts and ideas ignored by many challengers and show that these ideas are both theoretically valuable and practically significant. |
