摘    要:教师是从事教学工作的专业人员。为了提高教学质量,必须主动地、持续不断地进行专业发展。本在介绍国内外有关教师专业发展相关研究的基础上,主要阐析教师专业发展的特质,使教师主动提升自己的专业素养,提高人们对教师地位的认识。

Abstract:Teachers are professionals of teaching. In order to enhance teaching effectiveness, professional development must be conducted actively and continuously. This article, based on the introduction to the related study of teachers' professional development, mainly expounds the characteristics of teachers' professional development, so that teachers will actively heighten their professional accomplishment and people's knowledge of teachers' position.
