我国省区教育现代化水平比较研究

摘    要:在实现教育现代化的过程中,进行教育现代化水平评价是监控教育发展目标实现程度的重要信息反馈机制。采用指数形式构建评价指标体系、评价教育现代化水平是可行的评价方法。教育现代化评价指数包括存量指数、增量指数、投入指数和贡献指数。评价研究表明,我国31个省区教育现代化水平综合值平均值约为0.74,其中13个省区处于平均值以上水平,18个省区处于平均值以下水平。

Abstract:The evaluation of the level of educational modernization is an important mechanism for monitoring educational development.It is feasible to use index to make evaluation of educational modernization.The index of educational modernization includes the stock index,increase index,input index and contribution index.The evaluation result shows that the average value in terms of the level of educational modernization is 0.74,in 13 provincial regions the respective value is higher than the average,and in 18 provincial regions the respective value is less than the average.
