| Abstract: | Teachers' self-cultivation is based on virtues. Virtue education is an eternal subject for teachers both in primary and middle schools. Carrying out virtue education demands us to emphasize practical results. When we face the present challenge and difficulties, it's necessary for us to pay more attention to teachers' colorful lives and mental world. The basic function of virtue training is to standardize and direct teachers' life, which improves their survival and living ability, raise their virtue level and taste as well as their responsibility and consciousness. |
