| 摘 要： | 创建于民族危难之时的柏林大学是德国近代高等教育改革的产物，培养“全面发展的人”是其最高理想，学术自由、教学与研究相统一原则、科学研究领先原则，是实现其理想的手段与途径。柏林大学成为新大学的楷模，影响了美、日等多国高等教育现代化的进程。
