| 摘 要： | 加入WTO,对中国农业来说,机遇与挑战并存,机遇不会等人,而挑战时刻存在。农业为国民经济的基础产业,在加入WTO后需要加大政府对农业的支持力度,问题是采取什么方式支持农业。本文通过对青海省农业财政投资的现状和存在的问题分析之后,在WTO农业协议国内支持“绿箱政策”的框架下,寻求适合于青海农业的发展财政投资方式。

| Abstract: | Entry WTO,to Chinese agriculture,opportunity and challenge keep both,the opportunity can't wait for someone,but the challenge every moment exists.The agriculture be used as the national economy's foundation industry,which be supported in a large scale,problems to adopt what way support the agriculture.After this article analysed present conditions and existing problems of government funds for agriculture in Qinghai,under the WTO agriculture agreement national supporting "green box polices",look for the suitable method of providing government funds for agriculture in Qinghai agriculture development. |
