| 摘 要： | 产业结构与就业结构的协调与否,直接影响劳动力在产业各部门之间的转移进程。本在明确青海产业发展中“虚高度化”现象基础上,分析其就业不利的原因,并针对实现产业结构与就业结构协调发展,缓解就业压力作了进一步的判断。

| Abstract: | Whether the indnstrial structure and the employment structure are coordinate or not directly influences the transferring's progress of labor force between each section of industry. Basing on clarifying the phenomenon of "Turn falsely and highly" in Qinghai, the author analyzed the reason of the disadvantage in employment aiming at realizing the development of coordination between the industrial structure and the employment structure. The author also made a judgment as for alleviating the pressure of employment. |
