| 摘 要： | 2003年中国爆发的大面积"电荒",不仅表明中国已进入全年性缺电状态,而且正成为制约中国经济发展的瓶颈.为此,笔者特对中国电力发展的现状及存在的问题予以分析,并对如何缓解"电荒"及加快中国电力发展提出一些对策.

| Abstract: | "Electricity famine" has broken out largely in China during the year 2003. It does not only indicate that China has been in a situation of lacking electricity yearly, but also being an "neck of bottle" of the development of China. For this purpose, the author tries specially to analyse the problems existed in current electrical situation of China and produce some countermeasure on how to relieve the phenomenon of electricity famine" and accelerate the development of Chinese electric power. |
