摘    要:目的:探讨大学生应对突发公共卫生事件的能力.方法:采用经专家论证的自制问卷对贵州省6所本科院校在校生进行问卷调查.结果:(1)只有15.20%的大学生知道突发公共卫生事件;(2)只有20%的学生接受过突发公共卫生事件的培训,网络媒介是学生了解突发公共卫生事件的相关知识的主要途径;(3)不同学科专业的学生对食物中毒所采取的首选措施存在差异(x2=60.979,P<0.05),不同学科专业学生对肺结核传染性疾病的应对方法不同(X2=91.146,P<0.05),不同学科专业学生在对实验室腐蚀液体溅到皮肤的首选措施存在差异(x2=95.307,P<0.001),不同学科专业学生所选择的求助对象存在差异(x2=59.871,P<0.05).结论:(1)增强应对突发公共卫生事件相关知识的自主学习意识;(2)积极主动参与培训演练,拓宽学习途径;(3)提高实践技能,科学有效地应对突发公共卫生事件.

Abstract:Objective to discuss the ability of college students to deal with public health emergency. Methods: adopt the self-marled questionnaire that independently motivated by expert to do questionnaire survey to the students of 6 undergraduate course colleges and universities in Guizhou province. Results: (1)only 15.20% of college students know public health energencies; (2)only 20% students trained in public health emergencies Network media is the main rout for students to know relevant knowledge of public health emergencies; (3)there are differences between students of different majors in the preferred measures to respond food poisoning (x2= 60.979, P〈0.05), students of different majors have different method in respond to tuberculosis infectious diseases (x2= 91.146, P〈0.05),students of different majors have different method in the preferred measures to respond theerosion of skin in the laboratory (x2=95.307,P〈0.001) ,students of different majors have differences in asking recourses for help (x2=-59.871 ,P〈0.05). Conclusion: ( 1 )enhance the awareness of autonomous learning in the respons to emergent public health events; (2) participate in the training exercise and broaden the way to learn actively; (3) improve the practical skillsand respond to public health emergencies scientifiely and effectively.
