| Abstract: | The team of teachers in higher vocational colleges is a basic guarantee to the education qualities of these colleges, and their destination in education. In consideration of the current situation in the facuhy construction of higher vocational colleges, the existing problems of the faculty construction in higher vocational education are analyzed, and the countermeasures of enforcing the faculty construction are discussed. |
