| 摘 要： | 循环经济既是一种科学的思想观念,又是一种先进的经济模式。在参考国内外循环经济理论和实践研究的基础上,结合宁波市餐饮业发展现状,对宁波市餐饮业现有的循环经济发展状况进行分析。以＂资源化、再利用、减量化＂为目标,探求符合宁波市餐饮业现状的循环经济发展模式,以促进宁波市餐饮业的可持续发展。研究表明：宁波市餐饮业发展循环经济可以从立法、宣传和贯彻清洁生产理念来展开;同时提出了四种餐饮业循环经济发展模式,为宁波市餐饮业循环经济发展提供参考。
