| 摘 要： | 以对策创新为切入点，围绕创新旅游管理体制和经营机制；开拓旅游融资渠道，加快旅游项目开发与建设速度；强化政府主导作用。优化旅游环境；完善社会主义市场经济体制，培育与壮大旅游市场主体等方面，试图探索重庆发展长江“新三峡”旅游业的新思路、新对策。

| Abstract: | Based on innovative strategy, this thesis focuses on innovating tourism administration system and operating system, Other new ideas and strategies for developing tourism of new Three Gorges on the Yangtze River in Chongqing are also mentioned, such as opening up channels of obtaining funds for tourism and speeding up the development of tourism project, enhancing leading role of the government, improving tourism environment, bettering socialist market economic system, fostering and enlarging tourism market itself and so on. |
