| 摘 要： | 城乡商贸统筹作为破解我国城乡二元经济结构的重要举措，对实现城乡统筹发展有着举足轻重的作用。而在城乡商贸统筹中，商贸流通的重点应该向二元经济结构中滞后的一元农村偏移，即农村的商贸流通业。农村城镇化的政策有利于农村商贸流通业的改善，从而促进城乡商贸统筹中商贸流通业的发展。

| Abstract: | Urban-rural overall commerce and trading is an important measure of breaking the urban-rural dual economic structure in our country.During the overall process,the key point of the flow is the poor rural commerce and trading.In this paper,author points out the problems exist in our rural business,and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The policy of rural urbanization has the advantage to improve the rural commerce and trading,and is also good for the urban-rural overall commerce and trading. |
