中小学综合素质多元评价方法体系的建构

摘    要:中小学综合素质多元评价方法体系的建构可以推进科学评价,促进学生全面发展;丰富教师评价方法观念,合理评价学生;完善教育评价理论体系,促进教育实践发展;变革考试评价制度,深化教育改革。建构中小学综合素质多元评价方法体系,以实证主义和解释学为理论基础。中小学综合素质多元评价方法体系以量化评价和质性评价为核心,两种评价方法之间相互补充、交融和整合,共同构成中小学综合素质多元评价方法体系。

Abstract:Constructing a comprehensive quality evaluation system of primary and middle schools can facilitate the scientific evaluation, promote the comprehensive development of students, enrich teacher's concept of evaluation method, provide reasonable evaluation of students, perfect educational evaluation theory system, promote the development of educational practice, reform the examination and evaluation system, and deepen the reform of education. Constructing the comprehensive quality evaluation system of primary and middle schools should be based upon the theory of positivism and hermeneuties. The comprehensive quality evaluation system of primary and middle schools takes quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation as the core. These two kinds of evaluation methods complement each other, and together constitute a pluralistic system of comprehensive quality evaluation method for primary and secondary schools.
