| 摘 要： | 学生的综合素质,主要体现在丰富的知识与优秀的文化合理构成上和过硬的专业技能与良好的思想品质有机结合上;而这种合理构成和有机结合,则是通过学校精心建构的校园文化长期地潜移默化地陶冶涵养出来的。因此校园文化——道德文化、法律文化、科学精神、语言文化、艺术文化、生态文化,根据教育规律去构建科学的育人机制,将学生的知识技能与综合的运用能力、起码的社会良知和人文关怀相融合,从而完成一个现代化新型人才的培养过程。这与人类社会的发展和对人的全面发展的要求相一致,也是现代教育理念最基本的诉求。

| Abstract: | The students' comprehensive quality mainly embodies in the composition of abundant knowledge and outstanding cultural,and embodies in the organic combination of professional skills with good quality of ideology.The reasonable composition and organic combination are subtly cultivated through carefully constructed school campus culture.Therefore,campus culture including moral culture,legal culture,scientific spirit,language culture,art culture and ecological culture combines the students' knowledge with comprehensive utilization ability,and combines the social conscience with humanistic care,according to the law of education to construct a scientific education mechanism,thereby implements the cultivation of modernized new talents,which is in line with the requirement to the development of human society and the all-round development of man,and is the basic demand of modern education philosophy. |
