摘    要:研究生高水平的创新能力是建设创新型国家的人才和技术基础。重视书本知识的学习,充分利用学校良好的试验环境,注重论文选题的前沿性和工程应用价值,并发挥好指导老师的主导作用,是提高工科研究生创新能力的基本保障。

Abstract:The active creativity of the graduate is the foundation of talent and technologies for building up an innovative country. Thinking highly of the book learning, fully utilizing the good conditions of the college, paying much attention to the frontier and applicable value when selecting topics for the dissertations and bringing into full play the tutor's guide are the basic guarantee for improving the creativity of the engineering graduate.
