| 摘 要： | 朝核危机是20世纪90年代以来国际关系研究中的重要问题之一。朝核问题不仅使核不扩散机制面临挑战,而且使得东北亚的安全问题更加复杂,这进一步证明国际关系理论与国际关系的现实之间虽有密切的关系,但是二者也有相当的不一致性,朝核问题也再次显示出国际关系理论与现实的差距。因此,国际关系理论要适应不断发展的现实,为解决现实问题的解决提供可行的理论依据。

| Abstract: | The nuclear crisis is one of the most important problems of the international relations.The nuclear explosion test of the North Korea has challenged the international nuclear non-proliferation mechanism and made the international relationship issue more complicated.There is a very close relation between the theory and the reality of the international relationship,but they are not often consistent.The nuclear crisis of North Korea proves once more that there is a great gap between the theory and the reality of the international relations.Therefore,it is essential that the international relation theory should develop further.Meanwhile,it is an urgent problem to take more measures to solve practical problems in the international issues. |
