| 摘 要： | 高等学校实验室信息统计检测上报系统是高等学校向国家教育部上报设备数据的管理系统.针对上报数据时系统不支持Excel 2013版本的文件,以及部分字段数据宽度超过系统规定的长度时需要批量删除的问题,通过对常用数据库软件的研究,使用Access 2003和VFP 6.0等软件,删除了多余的字符并成功完成了数据的上报.

| Abstract: | College laboratory information detecting and submitting system is a management system used by col-lege for submitting equipment data to China National Ministry of Education (CME). According to the problems that Excel files of version 2013 are not supported by the system and contents should be deleted in batches when field data are longer than the system set, this paper advances some solutions. On the basis of analyzing common database software and using Access 2003 and VFP6.0, the problems are solved in the data processing and submit?ting. |
