| 摘 要： | 分析了斜60°三通管件的注塑成型过程，根据塑件的材料特性及结构形状，对模具的浇注系统、推出机构、温度调节和排气系统等进行了合理设计，并对模具进行装配。经生产试验检验，其结构基本合理，尺寸基本合适。

| Abstract: | The forming process of a 60°diagonal tee pipe was analyzed,based on the material characteristics and the structural shape,introduced the design of the injection mold.The inject system,ejecting mechanism ,tempera?ture control and exhaust system were establish,got the assembly drawing of injection mold. The production prac?tice showed that the mold structure was rational and safe in operation. |
