| 摘 要： | 大学生体育兴趣浓厚,但状况不容乐观.因此,大学体育教学改革的重点应放在改善体育设施,改变教、考模式,以终身体育为主线,遵从以人为本的原则,增加以运动参与为目的的体育活动上来.

| Abstract: | The Students in Anyang Institute of Technology show great interest in sports activities, but the present situation is not optimistic. PE teaching in universities and colleges should be improved in PE facilities, modes of teaching and test. Lifelong PE should be focused on, abiding by the principle of humanism, adding activities of sports participation. |
