基于评教结果的大学英语四级成绩多因素分析

摘    要:以非英语专业本科学生和大学英语教师为研究对象,分析学生英语四级通过率与其对任课英语教师的评教成绩二者间的相关性,以及影响评教结果与大学英语四级过级率的相关因素。有关数据表明,随着入学时间的延长,学生对于教师的依赖性逐渐减小,自主学习的能力增强,渐渐完成了从依赖教师到独立自主学习的转变。另外,没有升学压力,大学生对于教师的评判更多元化、人性化,更倾向基于教师的人格魅力对客观的教学评价标准进行主观化判断。

Abstract:The study takes non-English undergraduate students and their English teachers as research objects,to analyze the correlation between the CET-4 passing rate and teaching evaluation results.The data analysis showed that with the extending of university learning time,students’ dependence for their teachers decreased,and their self-learning capacity gradually increased,which completing the change from teacher-reliance to self-reliance.In addition,without academic pressure,college students inclined to evaluate their teachers more diversely,humanely based on personality charm instead of objective standards.
