| Abstract: | The development of Royal Premier＇s Residence Group is a typical and successful attempt in the market economy environment under reform and opening police. In the future developmental process,the leading card for the group＇s survivance and development is to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture. To analyze and reason the present enterprise culture and build a culture that improve the Group＇s sustaining and efficient development has a major practical significance to enhance the group＇s competitive strength. |
