摘    要:皇城相府集团的发展是在改革开放的市场经济环境下一个独具特色又极为成功的尝试,在未来的发展进程中,加强企业文化建设将是集团生存和发展的重要法宝之一。对集团现有企业文化进行分析、研究,为建设集团适合自身持续、高效发展的企业文化、增强集团的竞争力有着重大的现实意义。

Abstract:The development of Royal Premier's Residence Group is a typical and successful attempt in the market economy environment under reform and opening police. In the future developmental process,the leading card for the group's survivance and development is to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture. To analyze and reason the present enterprise culture and build a culture that improve the Group's sustaining and efficient development has a major practical significance to enhance the group's competitive strength.
