| Abstract: | Based on questionaires,the thesis evaluates the competence of the graduates from Baoding Normal College and analyzes the existing problems.It also puts forward some suggestions for changing concept,enchancing creating sense,deepening teaching reform,emphasizing social practice,increasing investment ,creating conditions and trying to develop the integrated skills of the students. |
