| 摘 要： | 高师专科毕业生,作为一个特定的群体,他们自我意识强,但自信心不足;竞争意识较强,但缺少合作意识、团队精神以及人际交往的策略;寻求独立,但思维不够开阔,遇事想当然,不爱思考;面对就业,表现出较多的茫然、困惑,感到前途渺茫。针对高师专科毕业生的心理特点设计的团体心理辅导活动,可以有效地使他们在人际关系的处理、自尊与自信、团队意识、合作意识、创新思维等方面得到发展,而且能够在辅导活动中充分体会到快乐和感动。
