| 摘 要： | 中小企业是日本经济发展的基石,而科技创新又是日本中小企业发展的重要动力,因此中小企业的科技创新对日本经济来说具有重要的意义。日本中小企业的科技创新在很大程度上基于跨行业合作组织这一平台,因此考察这一组织的形成与特点,分析其影响中小企业科技创新进而促进经济发展的作用机理,对于探寻我国中小企业科技创新的思路具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) are the cornerstone of Japanese economy,and technological innovation is an important driving force for SMEs development.So it is of great significance for Japanese economy.Technological innovation of SMEs in Japan,in a very large extent,depends on the cross-industry groups(CIGs).Research of Japanese IGs has important value to explore the idea of technological innovation of Chinese SMEs. |
