| 摘 要： | 后危机时期的民工荒,是多种因素共同作用的结果,比如农民工就业观念的变化,但主要还是农民工权益得不到保护造成的。解决民工荒,要从大处和长远着眼,通过制定合理的经济社会政策和相关的法律加以引导,形成政府、企业和社会合力。同时,民工荒的出现,也给我国经济社会发展带来了契机。

| Abstract: | Farmer workers shortage of Post-crisis period is the result of a variety of reasons role,such as the change of employment concept of farmer workers.But the main reason is the lack of protection for the rights of farmer workers.To solve the shortage of farmer workers,it should be made to take a wider view and long-term point of view,and formulate rational economic and social policies and related laws,and form joint efforts.Meanwhile,the emergence of famer workers shortage bring new chances for the economic and social development of China. |
