学报编辑对本校作者学术规范的指导功能

摘    要:学报反映本校教学科研窗口的性质以及学报编辑的素质决定了学报编辑对本校作者进行学术规范指导的必要性和可能性。目前,学术失范现象形式多样,学报通过刊登稿约、开设讲座以及编辑对初次投稿者的耐心指点、对学术失范的善意提醒、对东拼西凑者的严格把关、对抄袭剽窃的严肃批评,强化学术规范,以实现学报对本校教学科研的服务功能。

Abstract:College journal's attributes of reflecting its own college's teaching and research and editors' qualities determine the necessity and possibility for college journal editors to give academic norm guidance to authors.Currently the forms of academic misconduct are various.College journals can publish notices to contributors and deliver lectures,and editors can give directions to authors,remind them of academic misconduct,be strict with those who piece together others' achievements,criticize plagiarism,and emphasize academic norm.In this way,college journal's service function on teaching and research can be realized.
