| Abstract: | With the development of electronic business and transportation,express delivery industry grows at a high speed,while the couriers who play an important role in the process are often faced with the hurt of their rights. It is of great value to draw people＆#39;s attention by studying the current situation of couriers＆#39; rights. To protect couriers＆#39; rights fully, effective operating mechanisms should include both law and market. |
