| 摘 要： | 本研究运用《大学生满意度调查问卷》，对Y大学全日制本科生和研究生进行了调查，比较分析了本科生、研究生对高校教育服务的满意度状况。研究发现：本科生和研究生对高校教育服务的满意度有显著差异：1．本科生不同年级之间的满意度有显著差异，而研究生不同年级之间差异不显著；2．本科生和研究生对教育服务关注的侧重点有所不同；3．研究生对教育服务要求卓越性。 |

| Abstract: | A "Student Satisfaction Questionnaire" is applied to some undergraduates and postgraduates from Y university,comparing satisfaction of undergraduates to education service with that of postgraduates.The finding is that the satisfaction of undergraduates to education service is dramatically different from that of postgraduates: first,undergraduates from different grades have different education service satisfaction,while postgraduates from different grades are not dramatically different in education service satisfaction;second,undergraduates and postgraduates pay attention to different emphasis of education service;third,postgraduates pay more attention to excellence of education service. |
