| 摘 要： | 农村“留守子女”的教育问题，随着农民工流的扩大而不断恶化。其影响不仅是农民工子女的教育问题，而是关系到我国农村乃至整个国家人口素质提高和社会稳定的大事。国家和社会应采取有效应对措施，为他们创造一个健康的成长环境。
