| 摘 要： | 由于国情和社会经济制度的差异,每一个国家反垄断法立法目的都是具有独特性的,并且这种立法目的上的独特性进而要求反垄断法的执法机构能够与之配套.中国目前正在抓紧制定符合自己的制度、传统和目的的反垄断法,在这方面可引以参考的国际经验确是非常丰富,但在国际经验中选择好参考模型又确是一件复杂和值得慎重的大事.

| Abstract: | Because of the difference between the national conditions,especially the economic systems,the legislative purpose of every national antimonopoly law has uniqueness.Then the uniqueness must request law enforcement agency of the antimonopoly law to have a certain ordonnance to acts in concert on the legislative purpose.As far as China is concerned,it is time to make one antimonopoly law according with Chinese own system,tradition and purpose,and this task is very urgent.The international experiences are very abundant in this respect,but when it comes to how to choose an object of reference we need prudence. |
