摘    要:在现代高速发展的社会里,女大学生承受着来自更多方面的精神压力,越来越多的女大学生出现了不同程度的心理问题.本文主要采用实验法,选取影响心理健康的一个重要指标:身体自尊,针对不同持续时间及频率的有氧搏击操锻炼对女大学生身体自尊的影响进行了研究.结果表明:第一,四种方式的有氧搏击操锻炼对女大学生的身体自尊水平均有一定促进作用.80分3次的锻炼时间方式对女大学生身体自尊水平的促进作用最大;第二,不同有氧搏击操的锻炼时间方式之间,在女大学生的身体自尊水平上差异不明显.
