| 摘 要： | 绿色产业是21世纪的主潮流和风向标,发展绿色产业是实现陕南跨越式发展的有效途径.笔者从地理气候、自然资源、环境、政府政策四方面分析了陕南发展绿色产业的优势,认为陕南应重点开发有区域特色的绿色农业、生态旅游,并普及绿色消费观念,扩大渠道融资,扶持绿色龙头企业,成立专管机构,促进陕南绿色产业开发与发展.

| Abstract: | Green industry is a leading trend in the 21st century,and it is a effective way to speed up the south of Shaanxi province.This paper analyzes he superiorities of this area for developing green industry from the following aspect: geographic location,nature resource,environment and policy.Based on the analyze of the potential advantage,the fundamental measures were brought forward: develop green agriculture,ecological tourism,generalize green conception,establish multi-investment mechanism,support green and large enterprise,establish the special management of green industry,thus accelerate the development of green industry in the south of Shaanxi province. |
