| Abstract: | The article havs applied the theory of competition to analyze the following two questions:Firstly,it illustrates the beneficial choices among western developed countries,developing countries and under-developed countries toward the related contracts about property right of knowledge.Secondly,it tells us the mutual realization of personal benefits and general benefits between the trade on both sides of property right of knowledge.Cooperation is the vital and basic way to guarantce the benefits on both sides. |
