| 摘 要： | 以安康学院体育系体育教育专业2009级53名男生为研究对象,测量学生的体操专项素质和体操技能学习成效指标,并对二者之间的相关性进行了研究。结果显示,学生专项素质与体操技能成效高度相关,可以运用专项素质来预测体操技能成绩。在日常教学中经常开展倒立、引体向上、悬垂举腿三项重要专项身体素质训练,能有效提高体操技能学习成效。

| Abstract: | Taking the 53 male students in grade 2009 department P.E.of Ankang University as the main object of study,this paper measures the students' special quality and performance level of motor skills on gymnastics,and analyzes their correlation.The result shows that there is a high correlation between students' special quality and performance level of motor skills,the special quality can be used to predict future performance level of motor skills on gymnastics.handstand,chin-up,hanging leg raise are three importa... |
