摘    要:文章对2009年新疆少数民族地区普通高中教师的适应状况进行了调研,对新疆普通高中英语教师在课改实施中遇到的问题进行统计分析,并提出应对方案.

Abstract:Based on an empirical study of the English Teachers' adaptability to the implementation of curriculum innovation in senior high schools in Xinjiang in 2009,this paper intends to analyze the major problems faced by the English teachers.Solutions as to how to deal with those problems are also provided in the paper.
