| 摘 要： | 高考被政府和社会公众附加上越来越多、越来越重要的功能,这不仅使高考难堪重负,也使得其改革因受到内外多种因素的牵连和制约而难以为继。高考必须有正确的社会职能定位。高考的改革必须＂内外兼修＂,方可在分配高等教育资源和潜在社会利益资源的过程中发挥适度的作用。

| Abstract: | More important function has been attached to Gaokao by government and society, which causes Gaokao to bear too much heavy load and makes it difficult to reform Gaokao because of the restrictions of so many factors inside and outside. Gaokao should have its right social role and its reform should be done internally and externally so that it can play certain role allocating higher education resources and potential resources of social benefits. |
