| 摘 要： | 近代南开大学在早期教育现代化的大环境下，进行了一系列“土货化”的改革。在处理本土化与国际化的关系，进而实现“土货化”方面，这些改革对现在的高等教育改革与发展要符合社会实际需要，实现本土化有着重要的借鉴意义。
