| 摘 要： | 远程教育的发展在于自主创新。在世界远程教育的发展中，凡是远程教育取得成功的国家，都是自主创新的结果。中国远程教育也是在自主创新中发展起来的。但是，中国远程教育与世界发达国家相比，在创新发展方面还存在一定的差距。中国远程教育只有坚持自主创新，才能跟上世界远程教育发展的大趋势。
