| 摘 要： | 电大教育系统是现代远程教育的主力军,更是推动高等教育大众化的中坚力量,有效运行电大教育系统,是尊重国民受教育权,促进教育公平的有效途径,也是为社会输送大量合格的应用型专门人才有效途径。本文从高等教育大众化的角度,从观念、资源、管理和评价四个方面,思考了现代电大教育的运行和发展状况,并尝试从这些方面提出相应的策略。
