| Abstract: | The relationship between the central government and ethnic regional autonomous governments focus on the aspects of politics and economy. It is based on the ethnic regional autonomous system with Chinese characteristics. It is a special mode for central and local relations. The content of the relations seems various and complicated. However, it is established on the basis of certain benefits, and in nature it belongs to the power distributions. Hence, the relations represent the characteristics of one unity and multiplicities |
