| Abstract: | As a special social group, teachers play an important role in the process of history's development. The essay is a study of the teacher human capital with property rights theory, in which the features of the property rights of teacher human capital is analyzed.According to the essay, the property rights of teacher human capital is characterized by inherent personal possession; value adding in utilization; uncertainty of value measurement; spontaneity of value realization; self-devaluation when having "incomplete property rights" and externalities and long-term in interest. |
