| 摘 要： | 当前，我国经济飞速发展，由计划经济向市场经济转变，劳动方式由密集型向集约型转变，学校教育面临着严峻的考验。提倡素质教育，发展素质教育，是新的历史时期发展的必然要求，也是学校体育教学和体育教师面临的新课题。
